Names Of 46 Non-Career Ambassadorial Nominees Buhari Sent To The Senate

President Buhari Ministerial List

The President of Nigeria, Muhammed Buhari has sent a fresh list of 46 non-career ambassadorial nominees to the senate. This new list became necessary following the rejection of the names the president sent to the senate last year. Recall, the senate rejected the list because of the numerous petitions written against the nominees in the previous list. These new names and persons would undergo the scrutiny of the senate before being confirmed for appointment.

If these 46 Non-career ambassadorial nominees scale through the senate scrutiny, they would be assigned to represent the country as ambassadors in many other countries. As is general knowledge, ambassadors of a nation are representatives of a nation in a foreign country. They are to possess a high level of expertise as well as the needed character to be able to represent the country in whatever capacity.
