Lagos State News – Not less than 109 persons was recorded to be arrested for crossing expressway in Lagos State. This people were arrested by men of Rapid Response Squad, RRS, of Lagos State Police Command, and officials of Kick Against Indiscipline, KAI, for crossing the expressway at Ketu Bus Stop, along Ikorodu road, instead of using the pedestrian bridge.
Mr. Olatunji Disu, RRS Commander, explained that the arrest was as a result of indiscipline, for not using the pedestrian bridges made for them to save their lives.
Gender count of people arrested are:
- 102 men and
- 7 women.
