Six States to benefit from Federal Governments Water, Agricultural and Rural Development Projects valued at seven hundred and forty-five million dollars.
The 6 states to benefit from FG water projects are:
Zamfara, Sokoto, Kano, Bauchi, Ekiti and Rivers.
In addition, the Federal Government is investing two hundred million dollars to confront recurring flooding in Ibadan, Oyo State.
These were highlights of the 39th Federal Executive Council meeting held at the Aso Rock presided over by Vice President Namadi Sambo.
Radio Nigeria State House Correspondent, reports that the Council also approved major road projects in the Niger Delta region costing over twenty billion naira.
