Enugu State Government, in collaboration with the Federal Government, is inviting you to apply for the Enugu State/FG MSME Survival Fund Program.
About the Enugu State/FG MSME Survival Fund Program
The objective of the FG MSME CRM & MIS Platform is to help with the digital registration, onboarding and management of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises for the Federal Government Survival Fund Program. The program includes Payroll Support, Guaranteed Offtake and MSME Grant.
The CRM & MIS Platform will also enable the inventory management of the Guaranteed Off take Scheme.
This program is part of the Economic Sustainability Plan, which aims to support and protect these businesses from the potential vulnerabilities brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
MSME Payroll Support Scheme Application Requirements
Step 1: Access the main Website to Start Registration
Visit the official website – https://www.enugusme.en.gov.ng/survivalfund/, here contains most of the information explained on this page.
You will see the “APPLY HERE” link that will redirect you t the main FG MSME Survival Fund Program website – https://www.survivalfundapplication.com/auth/payroll-support
On that page contains the form which you will fill out.
Meanwhile, there are 5-steps to follow in order to complete the FG MSME Survival Fund Program registration process.
And that takes us to our step 2.
Step 2: Provide your Personal Information
The first phrase fo the registration form needs you to register your personal details to start the payroll support application.
The following information are Required to fill in its various Fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address – Click here to Log in and make sure that your email is accessable or Create a new email account for free now.
- Mobile number
- Password cannot be less than 6 characters
- Residential Street address
- Residential Address LGA
- You will need to select a disability Subtype
- You need to accept our Terms and Conditions
Then click “Register” to submit your form.
Step 3: Use the code sent to Activate your account
Verification code will be sent to your phone number and email address that you have used to registered with.
Please note that the code sent to both contacts is the same, therefore any one serves.
Still in n the process of the registration, already the verification page is open and requesting you to provide the code to activate your account.
Step 4: Log in to Register Your Organisation
After activating your account, you may need to re-login to enable you to continue with the Enugu State/FG MSME Survival Fund registration program.
In this stage, you will be requested to provide the following information;
- your CAC Number,
- SMEDAN Number,
- Tax ID (optional), and
- the organisation’s bank account details.
Then submit after going through to ensure that the information provided is correct.
Step 5: A conformation email for successful registration
At this point, you’ll be receiving an email from FG MSME Survival Fund Program, informing you with the list of requirements needed to complete the application. These include;
- the beneficiary employees details (not more than 10 employees),
- proof of previous salary payments to the beneficiary, and
- all other supporting documents.
Please note: You can also apply for the program If you do not have the full requirements as an employer. Enugu State government have a quota for 14,000 employees that accommodates everyone.
Congratulations! You have enrolled for the Enugu State/FG MSME Survival Fund Program that will allow Enugu State government (through the support of the Federal Government) to start paying your staffs in the next 3months – to enable you financially stable again within those periods.
Application Closing Date
We are not sure yet if this program will be extended. Perhaps, the official closing date of the “Payroll support fund registration” is 15th October 2020.
