How to Sign Up for a new Cash App account free on Mobile
It is assumed that you have downloaded the app already. Now its time to create your account.
- Tap on the Cash App to open/launch
- Use either your Phone number or email address to start your registration
- An SMS or email will be sent to your email, depending on which one you have used. Enter the confirmation code to complete the step.
- Then select your country. Though your country is selected by default, tap “Next” to continue.
Linking of Bank Debit Card:
- Enter your “Debit Card Number” to link a Bank. But you can deside to as well skip this stage to do it later.
- Then complete other processes that will prompt later, to enable successful bank liking.
Filling out profile details:
- Enter your name has instructed (your last name first, before last name), then tap the “Next” to proceed
Creating your $Cashtag:
- By default, your full name is combined together to create a $Cashtag for you. But you can edit and enter a desired $Cashtag name for as long as Cash App approves of it.
The $Cashtag is your unique name for getting paid by anyone, to directly hit into your CashApp account. Once your $Cashtag is created, you will be able to access your account account from the web – cash.app/$YourCashtagName
- Then enter your Zip code and tap the “Next” button.

off course, you should have downloaded the Mobile app by now. Tap on the app to open it, then you will be requested to enter either your phone number or email address – whichever you have used to Sign up for Cash App account initially.
Then a confirmation code will be sent to you, which you will enter to access your Cash App account.
