Cloudflare Registrar now offers domain name registration at the lowest cost. similarly, with other domain name registrars (like NameCheap, Domain.com, etc), It offers essentially the same services but without markups, nor increased renewal fees, and with some additional security features. In essence, Cloudflare Registrar is free – the only cost is what is charged by registries and by ICANN.
I personally don’t do much on my Cloudflare dashboard, but logging into it now seems they have been busy with adding more features to services, Cloudflare.
Why you may want to use Cloudflare services
Well since Cloudflare stops any malicious traffic so yes, it will help in reducing CPU and ram usage on your server, but if the Traffic is as usual, the CPU and RAM usage will be as it is under usual circumstances. It helps to reduce the server bandwidth usage.
It’s easier and faster to integrate other services into your domain since it’s on the same spot you register the domain and still utilize other services they offer.

How to Transfer Domain Registrar to Cloudflare
You should have several ways to access the “Transfer domain” feature in Cloudflare if you have already added your site to the platform.
For example, the domain I will be using was registered with NameCheap, but the Nameserver is pointing to Cloudflare, while the host is Bluehost. But now, since Cloudflare also offers the same domain Privacy that Namecheap offers for free, then it is time to say goodbye to Namecheap and focus on Cloudflare where I use other services that Namecheap doesn’t offer for free.
Accessing “Transfer to Cloudflare”
There are several ways to gain access, one of the short-cut is from the “Overview” tab of the domain (if the domain is already added to Cloudflare) by the right-side of the page, under “DOmain Registration” you should see “Transfer to Cloudflare”.

The main way of accessing the same service is from the main menu tab, on the left-side of the page after logging in.
You get to the page when you click on “Buy Domains”, then select “Transfer”.
Processing Domain Transfer in Cloudflare
Please, note the following before making move to transfer your domain from another registery to Cloudflare, or another

That’s all!
You should see the list of your sites in Cloudflare that are not yet registered by Cloudflare. All checked by default.
You can uncheck those you wouldn’t want to transfer the domain registery to Cloudflare yet, while process with the rest (please note that this applies to you if you have list of domains in cloudflare already).
Enter the authorized code and click “Continue”. Then fill in your contact detail correctly. Don’t worry, your contact will be redacted. Then click on “Confirm and Finallize Transfer” button.
