How to Register Access Bank USSD Code Service
When I wanted to start using the service, there wasn’t any registration process I went through. The service is already enabled to every mobile number linked with the account.
But in order to start making any transactions like generating OTP, transfer fund, pay bills, buy data and airtime, etc – you need to create a 4-digit PIN, and it is very simple.
And in order to create a Pin, simply;
- Dial *901*0# on your phone and send
- then you should see a message prompting on your screen ‘Create a PIN’
- now follow the prompts to complete the process. You may first be asked to select whether you have a debit card or no debit card.
Then after here should be to enter your desired pin, which you also have to confirm by repeating your initial input, then confirm to complete the *901# PIN creation.
Please note that the same USSD code is for Changing PIN
How to open New Access Bank Account using USSD Code
It is still the same code *901*0# you will dial to open a new account.
you can either open an account by using your BVN or by providing your personal details as prompted.
Upon provision of the required details, you will receive an SMS with details of your new account number.
But it is necessary to visit any Access Bank for few profiling in order to get a full functioning account. However, once you open the account through the USSD code, you can start transferring funds into the account or share with your customers, family and friends to to start paying you through the account. Absolutely no issue with that.

- Service attracts N20 charge (Transfers to Access Bank).

You will be charged N10 for every check you make. Now to check your balance fast;
- Simply Dial *901*00# on your Access Bank registered phone number.
- Authenticate using a four (4) digit security code
- Your account balance is immediately generated after this has been provided.
