Who should register for the ongoing Covid-19 Vaccination?
Nobody will be forced to register or take the covid 19 vaccines in Nigeria. As a matter of fact, everyone in Nigeria and across the world already knows the deadly effect of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Therefore, every individual needs to register to get vaccinated against the virus to enable a free and healthy society again, for businesses, organizations, including other social activities to kick off strongly again.
What is needed to apply for the vaccination program in Nigeria
Filling the vaccination form, you need your basic information such as:
- full name,
- phone number,
- email address,
- date of birth,
- sex,
- a form of ID,
- a residential address including states,
- LGA of residence, and
- ward of residence.
…including to select your preferred vaccination date and time slot and upload a photograph.
The form asks if you work in the health sector and if you have any medical conditions or allergies.
Finally, a code is automatically generated, which you’ll be required to type in the code (as it is displayed on your screen) and this completes your registration process.
You should receive a message that your registration has been completed. You will also be issued a vaccination ID. The message goes thus:
“Registration Completed! Your Vaccination ID is:
Your data is successfully received.
Thank you for taking the time to fill the form, you will receive an SMS and email shortly containing your Vaccination No. and other instructions.”

2. And of course, making the Covid-19 Vaccination registration process easier and faster. Therefore, no need for wasting time, clustering and queuing to complete a simple registration.

How to Register for Covid Vaccination in Nigeria
Interested Nigerians who want to register can visit the NPHCDA’s official website – registration portal. Or when you enter the homepage, at the top of the page – click on the “Covid-19 Vaccination e-Registration” button.
The registration is simple, and straight forward. However, you can use either a mobile phone, tablet, or PC access the Covid-19 Vaccination registration Online Form and complete the registration process.
