How To Disable Windows 7 Touchscreen
Disabling a touchscreen in Windows 7 works differently from newer versions of Windows. Instead of disabling the touchscreen in the Device Manager, you need to disable a specific option in the Pen and Touch menu. This menu can be accessed from the Control Panel.
