Countries whose natives are ineligible for DV 2019 and 2020. A “native” ordinarily means someone born in a particular country, regardless of the individual’s current country of residence or nationality. Take for example that Persons born in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan are eligible.

When is the Closing Date of the USA Diversity Visa Green Card Lottery program?
