Sepp Blatter banned for 90days, while Issa Hayatou from Camerron becomes the new FIFA President
Sepp Blatter who has been president of FIFA since 1998 and has worked for the global football organisation for 40 years, starting as a technical director before becoming secretary general under former president Joao Havelange in 1981 has been banned for 90days, including the UEFA chief Michel Platini.
With the decision of making Issa Hayatou from Cameroon, who is currently the president of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), would take over as the New FIFA president, in accordance with FIFA statutes, as the longest-serving vice-president on FIFA’s executive committee.
The 79-year-old Swiss told a German magazine this week that the Swiss criminal investigation against him was “not correct”. That they are not following the due process on this matter.

However, in conclusion of this matter as Sepp Blatter banned for 90days, the Cameroon’s Issa Hayatou and Spain’s Angel Maria Villar are in position to take over as interim heads at FIFA.
