How To Install Free WordPress Plugins

  1. Log into your WordPress admin area.
  2. Then, scroll down and click on “Plugins”. In the sub menu, click on “Add New”.
  3. Install WordPress Plugins
  4. This will open up a new page that will show you all FREE WordPress plugins you can install into your site. Go through the options and find the one you want to install and click on it.
  5. However, if you know the name of the one you want, then, type the name in the search bar and it will show if available. Install WordPress Plugins
  6. Click on “Install Now”.
  7. Allow it to upload. The, when it is done, you can click on “Activate Plugin”. You will need to activate the plugin before it can work for you. Install WordPress Plugins
  8. Once it is done, then, you are good to go.

How To Install Premium WordPress Plugins

The premium plugins cannot be found in your dashboard. You will need to buy from an external source. Once you have purchased, you will need to download it into your system and then, take note of the location.

  1. Log into your WordPress admin area.
  2. Then, scroll down and click on “Plugins”. In the sub menu, click on “Add New”.
  3. Rather than searching for the free plugins, you will just click on “Upload Plugin” Install WordPress Plugins
  4. Then, click on “choose file” and find the location of the downloaded premium plugin. Install WordPress Plugins
  5. Then, click on “Install Now”.
  6. When it is uploaded and installed, click on “Activate now” and your plugin is ready for you.
