ME (Micro-Enterprise)

ME Start-Up (Micro Enterprise Start-up)

2. Official Government Identification
3. Training Certificate
4. 1 – Notarized Guarantor Form

Please note that you will require your Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA) and Tax Identification Number while filling the form. Also note, your Notarized Guarantor should have his/her LASRRA and Tax Identification Number.
