Viktoh
Viktoh (also known as Victor) and Lil Kesh was signed on to YBNL by the record C.E.O Olamide Baddo in April 2014. Viktoh is an indigene Esan in Edo State but grew up in Bariga Lagos State .Viktoh has two hit tracks at the moment and they include “Skibi Dat” and “Me And My Guys”.
Following the speculations (rumors), which is likely to be truth – that Viktoh was actually a dancer for Olamida before he became an artist under the YBNL Nation. Currently his rate of growth in the music industry is really very slow when compared to other achievements so far, whoa are also in the same record label.
According to Vanguard Newspapers that some people have attributed Viktoh’s slow career growth to Olamide. According to this school of thought, Olamide doesn’t give Viktoh the desired attention unlike Lil Kesh and Adekunle Gold.
Lil Kesh
Every now knows who is “Lil Kesh”, was born on the 14 March 1995. He also started with YBNL Nation (also known as Yahoo Boy No Laptop Nation) and he became so famous and well recorgnised now. But on a long run, after his contract expired with the YBNL Nation he departed to create is own imprint called: “Y.A.G. I” (Young and Getting It). while still being affiliated with Olamide’s YBNL. One of his hit song titled “Shoki” really made people to start wanting to know more about him “Lil Kesh”.
Adekunle Gold
Adekunle Kosoko, popularly known as Adekunle Gold, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and graphic designer. Was born on 8 January 1980. He describes his genre of music as urban highlife.
Temmie Ovwasa
Temmie Ovwasa was born and raised in Ilorin, Kwara State. In April 2016, Temmie Ovwasa became the first female artiste to be signed in Olamide’s record label and she was called YBNL Princess. Till today she remains humbled and grateful to be YBNL’s princess.
Here is her statement about how she got connected to YBNL Nation: “I used to sing and record covers of different songs, which I post on Instagram. In August last year, I uploaded a particular video of a song and realised that Olamide had liked all my videos.
A few minutes later he sent me a direct message requesting for my phone number. At first, I thought it was a scam until I confirmed that it was indeed Olamide’s official Instagram account. I sent my number and we began talking,” she said.
DJ Enimoney
Eniola Olamilekan Adedeji popularly known as DJ Enimoney is the younger brother of the YBNL Boss Olamide Baddo. He started disc jockeying from when he was in secondary school was formerly known as DJ Electrik. Then with the massive influence of his Big Brother Olamida he became a “Star”.
CDQ
He got his big break into the music industry after a jamming collaboration with Olamide Baddo on the song “Woss wobi”. The song successfully went viral because of the presence of Baddo on it which makes it easy for fans to fall in love with the unique style of “CDQ Yeeye”.
Chinko Ekun
Chinko Ekun also is a Nigeria rapper, born on the 13 September 1993. At first he was signed under Yahoo Boy No Laptop Nation until he Signed New International Record Deal with Dubai based Record label. SO its still curtsy of Olamida that he got to see light or being a “Music Super Star” today.
YCEE
YCEE is a popular Nigeria rapper and also a songwriter, born on the 29 January 1993, currently signed to Tinny Entertainment., his real name is “Oludemilade Martin Alejo”. One of his top hit that made him more popular then ever was the song titled “Jagabans” featuring Olamida to finish work form him. Although he was not sign under the YBNL Nation (also known as Yahoo Boy No Laptop Nation) at all.
Phyno
Phyno full name as “Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike” was born on the 9 October 1986, is a well known Nigerian rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. He started his musical career as a producer in 2003. He was actually not signed into YBNL Nation but Olamide played a huge role in his success story in the music industry. Olamide successfully used his already established brand to introduce Phyno as another talented Igbo indigenous rapper.
