1. All Souls Graduate Scholarships
The All Souls Graduate Scholarship is for those who want to apply to any part-time or full-time Master’s degree at Oxford. For you to be eligible, you must be a resident or a national of any Carribean country. You will be getting your course fees and a living cost grant for full-time students.
2. Chevening Scholarships
The fund of the Chevening scholarship is raised by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) in the UK as well as contributions from many organisations. This scholarship is available to over 150 countries of the world. It is also for just a year’s Master’s degree courses. The ideal potential targets are young graduates and professionals.
3. Commonwealth Shared Scholarships
The Commonwealth shared scholarships has up to 9 full scholarships on offer. The eligible countries are Bangladesh, Cameroon, Eswatini, Ghana, Guyana, India, Kenya, Kiribati, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Rwanda, Samoa, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, The Gambia, Tuvalu, Uganda, Vanuatu, or Zambia. The scholarship is for those interested in a Master’s degree in International Health & Tropical Medicine, Water Science, Policy & Management; Public Policy, Diplomatic studies, Education (Child Development & Education).

4. Claredon Fund
The Claredon fund scholarship gives about 130 fully-funded scholarships annually. The scholarship is to help outstanding graduate scholars to advance their studies at Oxford University. You can apply for any course offered in the school and from any country of the world.
5. China Scholarship Council-University of Oxford Scholarships
This scheme is basically for Chinese students. To be eligible, you must have demonstrated excellence and leadership. The scholarship is sponsored by the partnership of China Scholarship Council and the University of Oxford. There is also a very high financial reward for the scholarship. You will receive 100% for course fees as well as a living allowance of 14,777 Euros. You will also get a return flight ticket to the UK.
6. China Scholarship Council – PAG Oxford Scholarships
The China Scholarship Council & PAG Oxford Scholarships is open to Chinese students who will apply for fulltime studies in Oxford. The eligible courses of study are in the Mathematical, Social Science and Physical & Life Sciences faculty. Successful applicants will be given full course fees as well as a living accommodation of 14,777 Euros.
7. China Oxford Scholarship Fund
First, before the full details, you must be willing to return to China after your education, as part of the requirements for this scholarship. The eligible candidates must be nationals of China and or ordinarily residents in China, Macau & Hong Kong. Although consideration is given to returning students, preference is made for those who apply for a fulltime Master’s or DPhil course at Oxford. 8. Dulverton and Michael Wills Scholarships
The Dulverton & Michael Wills Scholarship is for full-time Masters or DPhil courses. This scholarship is specifically for those who have selected courses in the Oxford Department of International Development. The foundation offering this scholarship was funded in 1949 by Dulverton Trust (a charity and grant-making organisation). The scholarship favours people who live mostly in Eastern Europe and Sub-saharan Africa and haven’t ever studied in the UK or US before.
9. Duke of Cambridge Scholarship at the University of Oxford
If you are resident in the UK and you want to apply for Master of Public Policy, then this Duke of Cambridge Scholarship at Oxford University is for you. This is more or less a full funded scholarship that covers your course fee as well as living expenses to the tune of 14,777 Euros. The scholarship is jointly sponsored by the Oxford University, the Blavatnik Family Foundation and University College in honour of the Duke of Cambridge.
10. Oxford-Agnese Nelms Haury Graduate Scholarship
If you hold official status in the US or Canada as American Indian, Alaska Native, First Nation, Metis or Inuit, then, this scholarship is for you. The fund for the scholarship is gotten from the Oxford University and Agnese Nelms Program grant. This scholarship is open to students who want to pursue a fulltime courses in Environmental and social justice courses.
11. Oxford Kobe Scholarships
The Oxford Kobe scholarship is open to Japanese students who want to apply for fulltime or part-time studies at Oxford University. Successful candidates will be getting full funding for their course fees, a return flight ticket from Japan to the UK as well as a living cost allowance. Please note that this scholarship is from the St. Catherine’s College.
12. Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies (OCIS) Scholarships
The Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies scholarship is a fully-funded scholarship that covers your course fees and your living costs up to £14,777. The essence of this scholarship is basically to advance the learning of Islamic studies. It also seeks to promote the multi-disciplinary study of the Islamic world.

13. Jardine-Oxford Graduate Scholarships
If you are an ordinarily resident in Cambodia, mainland China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand or Vietnam, you should apply for the Jardine-Oxford Graduate Scholarship. You have to apply for a DPhil or master’s degree course in some selected fields. The scholarship is fully funded. There are 4 colleges where the scholarship is tenable. They include Exeter College, Oriel College, The Queen’s College and Trinity College. Note that your choice of college doesn’t count in the application process as app applicants will get equal opportunities.
14. The Hong Kong Jockey Club Graduate Scholarships at the University of Oxford
Another of the Oxford University Scholarships is the Hong Kong Jockey Club Graduate scholarship. You must be an ordinary resident in Hong Kong to be eligible for this scholarship. Your scholarship will cover both the course fees and the living costs during your scholarship period. This scholarship is sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. To be successful, you must merit the scholarship in the following areas:
