
Pakistan News: One-twenty-seven people including forty-five women had committed suicide across the country last month, said a report of Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP).
According to the report gathered from a popular Pakistan News paper (Geo.tv) that fourteen people including nine women were killed in the name of honour in Sindh alone.
The report said most of the people took the extreme step of committing suicide due to financial problems and challenging circumstances.
It said 194 cases of suicide and attempted suicide were reported in the last 30 days from across the country but only four incidents were registered.
The report stated that 55 people including 28 women were raped between October 21 and November 7, 2015. The rape victims also included children aged between 4 and 7 years.
