Why You Might Love To Become A Payvice Mobile Agent

Payvice has come to become a strong competitor of Opay and Palmpay.

Yes, OPay Agent’s service charge is unbitable, but Payvice has come closer to it.

Like-wise PalmPay – when it comes to giving points (coins) also known as Cashback. Payvice does the same too.

So its almost like; Payvice is in between OPay and PlamPay. Invirablely these THREE Mobile Banking agent has the best offer for their Agents and customers.

However, below are various reasons why Payvice might be a good choice;

1. Various Login Channels

Payvice Agent can login through the Mobile app, POS, and website (www.payvice.com and iisysgroup.com/payvice). Not just various login channels, users can login either with their email address and Phone number.

2. Competitive Commission

If you’re familiar with OPay agent charge rate – then it will occur to you that they don’t change Agents for Data and airtime purchase, Utility payment, TV subscription, and some other transactions. And this usually a great channel for Agents to make more money (since there aren’t charges).

Payvice offers even more than that. Apart from the fact that you won’t be charged for making those type of transactions listed above, you earn up to 10% points (cashback) which you see on the “Commission column” of your account.

3. Low Transaction Charge Rate

Payvice with no doubt has less charge rate when compare with other Mobile Money Agent service. Below are is their charges;

TransactionCharges
TransferN20
Withdraw N6.50 for Every N1,000
Payment of BillsFree

4. No Presentation of Account Statement Before Becoming An Agent

Unlike other Mobile Banking Agent Companies that request for Bank Statements to check your BAnk account transaction history to check if you’re qualified to become an Agent of their Mobile money service, Payvice doesn’t request such.

The following information are required apply as an agent:

  • Your Name,
  • location,
  • BVN,
  • phone number,
  • next of kins details,
  • Guarantor details,
  • Email address, and
  • Passport photograph

So simple to become an agent of Payvice Mobile Banking.

5. No Transaction Target Given To Agents

Also, unlike OPay that request you most make a transaction of up to N1,500,000 in a month, otherwise N10,000 will be deducted from your wallet account (as explained in their office), but Payvice isn’t like that.

No target is given to you. They believe that if you don’t hustle, you won’t make money for yourself. You have every reason to be serious after all you paid a huge amount of money to acquire their (Payvice) POS.

6. Service Expansion

Payvice (iTex) already has more services than every other Mobile Banking Agent service, including and not limited to Banking account opening, some government payment services, etc.

This means more services, more channels opportunities for Agents to make money.

What We Don’t Like About Them

1. Poor Customer Service & Response

Good companies know that having good customer service is a great way of letting their customers know they are with them. At first, Payvice claims to have a 24/7 standby customer service which is 100% lies.

I guess that is the way of enticing new customers – unfulfilled promises. And in the end, you might get disappointed with the outcome.

Payvice has a website and app to access your Payvice agent Wallet but the customer service is not functioning as at the time this post was published (7-30-2020).

Other Mobile banking companies have standby customer service working on a specific day and time.

2. Resolving Transactions Errors

Since there is nobody to complain to (like customer service), it is almost impossible to get issues resolved on Payvice.

Yes, we all know it is common to get issues as regards to Banking in general. But the processes at which those issues are resolved is important to take note of

OPay and PalmPay users do encounter errors but there is a laid-down systematic way of resolving it. Payvice totally lacks that.

While funding account through USSD or linking bank cards – sometimes users are debited even when Payvice shows failed or Null. And remember no one to complain to or at least advice you better on the best and recommended direction to get issues resolved.

3. App UI Design Not Impressive

Well, I can’t really conclude on this, because some people may even love the Payvice Agent User Interface design the way it is.

The UI doesn’t look-much like what its meant for.

Also, some necessary features (like transaction history and re-printing feature) are either hidden or missing.

Conclusion

Sincerely speaking, becoming a Payvice Agent is the easiest and more profitable when compared with other Mobile Banking Agent services and Banks offering the service also.

You earn commissions and still have a low and competitive charge rate that enables you as an agent to earn massively.

In spite of their shortcomings, We believe that with time all those issues pointed out will be fixed.

In the aspect of transaction history, we also advise you manually write down your transactions on your business note and set your POS printer to always print 2-copies of the transaction status (a copy for you and the other for the customer) since there isn’t an option to re-print any past transaction carried out.

Time to come we believe that Payvice will bit every other Mobile banking Agent services.

You are absolutely correct about their customer service. It is still poor. I guess not worse off as at now. Can you imagine its customer care number switched off even right before reading post? Me I can’t but they shocked me when i could not reach it. A reason I got to your page. I wonder if their office (ITEX) will be opened? I Wanted to ask them if they still exist in a brick and mortar store at Anthony village.
