    But if your teen has Admin or Local account in Windows so internal
    parental control can not help you… 🙁
    In this case you can install the additional prog like classical K9,
    Time Boss or KidsWatch. You will get useful features: forced breaks,
    remote control from your mobile, limitation websites by time…
