Adding friends on steam is easy and definitely free, but can also be confusing for someone who is new. So am going to show you the steps to add friends free on your Steam account.

One thing you will have to bear in mind is that for you to add Friends on Steam Account you will need to login first to your account using an account name or an email address. Than follow the steps below;

1. Once you open Steam there is a small area down at the bottom right of the screen which will show your profile picture and some text that states… view friend list.
2. Once clicking on the text it will bring up a small window where your friends will be displayed.
3. At the bottom of the window there is some text that says…. Add friend. Click on it
4. You will then be able to enter your friends steam Username and send them a request.
