A man covers the body of his mother, who was killed on a bus during a battle in Donetsk, Ukraine, on Tuesday, September 16. The fighting between Ukrainian troops and pro-Russian rebels in the country has left more than 3,000 people dead since mid-April, according to the United Nations.
