So many questions and comment has been coming across Wayne Rooney, asking him about Sir Bobby Charlton’s England goal-scoring record. But has a patient player he had always pary for an opportunity to come for him to utilize it.
Just as the play was on against Switzerland,  a sense of relief attached to all the other emotions as the penalty came with only six minutes of normal play remaining, just at the point when it seemed like the occasion might be shrouded in a little anti-climax.
