Why: This means clarifying why the issue, happened. It seeks to spot out provoked and tries to Evaluate the occurrence of the problem.
When: This is about time-stamping. That is knowing the time the issue or problem happened. Having an understanding of the time the issue happened can help in patterning the triggers and effects of the issue.
Where: This helps to get the location or place where the incident happened and will be helpful in picking the people and other things existing at that particular place. That might have a hand in the occurrence of an issue.
Who: This is about identifying people who may be involved directly or indirectly in causing the issue or problem.
How: This is used to examine the pattern of things that provoke and how the resultant problem or issue happened.
How much: This indicates the amount, quantity or size. But this isn’t always used in PM.
With these strategies, you can be able to solve or achieve project management goals and objectives.
