The PDP has finally bowed to pressure to sell nomination and expression of interest forms to other presidential aspirants in the party. That is to say that the presidential form is made available to all interested PDP candidates aspiring for the post of Presidency in 2015 election.
A statement by the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Chief OlisaMetuh says all aspirants who paid for nomination forms including the presidential forms but yet to collect same, should come to party headquarters for collection of the form.
According to the statement the party has also extended the deadline for the purchase and collection of all nominations to Thursday this week.
The son of Former Prime Minister, Alhaji Abduljelil Tafawa Balewa and a widow of Chief MKO Abiola Professor Akasoba Duke Abiola have been insisting that they must contest with President Goodluck Jonathan for party’s ticket having paid for their nomination form.
