Atiku seeks help from Int’l community to check insurgency

Nigeria former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has called on the international community to assist in checking insurgency in the country.

Alhaji Atiku, who addressed newsmen in Abuja on the security situation in the North Eastern part of the country, asserted that the world must not abandon Nigeria in her time of need.

Atiku also urged the Federal Government to do everything possible to contain insurgency.
He said the security situation in the country was beyond politics.
