The P-YES is an acronym which stands for Presidential Youth Empowerment Programme. It is a Federal Government idea of empowerment opportunities through direct youth empowerment over a minimum period of two years.
It is a program (or call it scheme) simply to empower (by information and financial support) Nigerian Males and Females from the age of 18 and
This is how it defined their Goals/Aims:
The scheme is designed as an incubation Programme whereby youth will be directly empowered with Seed Empowerment Tools (SET) with the aim of creating multiple layers of empowerment.
In other word, the help henace that your kill or idea, and spport you finicially. While you also transfer same skill and idea to another person (which is called; second Level Beneficiary (SLB). And the person also have to transfer to another, till infinity.
So you see, that this program is indeed for a continuous human development for better living.

Full Requirements for Applying Presidential Youth Empowerment Programme
- You Must Be a Nigerian Applying for P-YES.
- You MUST be between the age of 18 and 40 to apply.
- You MUST provide a
secode Level Beneficiary (SLB) that will also qualify for the scheme. - You MUST have
know , understand and speak the basic English language and/orother local Nigerian language . - You MUST hexibit provable upright character and have a positive thinking mind.
- You MUST have a stand-by
gurantor preferably a community or religious leader. - You MUST have a Nigeria valid means of identification (be it National Identity card, International Passport, or Permanent Voters Card- PVC).
- You SHOULD be able to secure the endorsement of a local government official.
- You should also
posses the capacity to transfer knowledge and mentor pairs within their communities. - And of course, You
MUST Must Complete a guarantor’s form and submit.
